Come to Booth 1401

At Booth 1401 you will have the opportunity to meet Denise and her team to discuss your international real estate needs in-person. We will answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding investing in a foreign market. Select Your Unit

You will be given an opportunity to select a unit and floor plan of your choice based on your budget and preferences. We will have a virtual reality headset on-site to show you a virtual tour of your new property. The purchase prices will range from $175K USD for a studio up to $450K for a 3 bedroom apartment. The reservation fee is only $5,000 USD due on the date of booking. The remaining down payment of 24% will be due over a period of 30 days from the booking date. This unit is a pre-construction opportunity which will be completed by the year 2026 or 2027 depending on the project you select.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will it cost me to invest in a property during Invest Fest?

During Invest Fest, Citi Developers will be offering special pricing and a reduced booking fee of only $5,000 USD to reserve your unit. After which, you will receive a flexible payment plan to pay your remaining down payment over a period 30 days. 

What is the average purchase price of the units being sold during the Invest Fest event?

Investing in Dubai can be less expensive than you may think. The sales prices will range from $175K USD for a studio (limited supply) and up based on the number of beds/baths. The purchase price range that you can expect will be between $175-$450K +/-. You also have the opportunity to purchase multiple units at discounted rates.

What is the payment plan structure? 

The flow is as follows: The total down payment is 24% of the purchase price. However, during the event the developer will allow you to split up the 24% payment as follows:  (1st) Booking fee of $5,000 USD which will be credited towards your down payment (2) 10% (less your booking fee credit) is due within 7 days of the booking date (3) 14% remaining balance is due within 30 days of the booking fee. This breakdown of fees and due dates will be given to you upon booking. 

How do I make payments on my property once I invest? 

 You will wire your payments to a government monitored escrow account  or use a payment link to make your 1% payments on a monthly basis. Your monthly installments will begin 60 days after your booking date. 

Do I have to pay interest on the property during construction? 

You DO NOT have to pay interest on the payments while making monthly payments on your payment plan. The developer does not charge interest on the payment plan. 

Are there annual property taxes? 

There are $0 in annual property taxes in Dubai.

Are there any additional fees I should consider? 

You will be responsible for annual service charges of around $4-6 per square foot. This amount is paid annually. 

Are there any restrictions on how I use the property to make money?

There are no HOA’s in the project. Once the property is completed, you can use the property for short-term, long-term rentals, corporate housing, holiday homes, and more. There are no restrictions.

What is the average ROI, I can expect on the property? 

When you decide on a unit we can provide you with the estimated ROI’s for the unit based on floor plan, sq footage, beds/baths, etc. 

Can I purchase the property with my spouse or a business partner?

Yes, you can purchase the property with multiple individuals whether they are your spouse or a non-related party. However, keep in mind that if you would like to obtain mortgage financing once your property is completed you will only be able to obtain mortgage financing with first of kin. Non-related parties cannot obtain mortgage financing together but they can buy in cash using the payment plan.

Is this property existing or new construction?

This is an off-plan/pre-construction project. Meaning, this project is not yet built and will be completed in the year 2026 or 2027 depending on the project you select. This is the most popular way that foreign investors purchase property in Dubai to take advantage of significant cost savings.

How long will the project take to be completed?

We will be presenting two projects at the event. Once project will be completed by the year 2026 and the other by the year 2027.

Is furniture included in my purchase?

No, furniture is not included in your purchase; however, you will be offered furniture packages at a separate cost closer to your handover date.
