During Invest Fest, Citi Developers will be offering special pricing and a reduced booking fee of only $5,000 USD to reserve your unit. After which, you will receive a flexible payment plan to pay your remaining down payment over a period 30 days.
Investing in Dubai can be less expensive than you may think. The sales prices will range from $175K USD for a studio (limited supply) and up based on the number of beds/baths. The purchase price range that you can expect will be between $175-$450K +/-. You also have the opportunity to purchase multiple units at discounted rates.
The flow is as follows: The total down payment is 24% of the purchase price. However, during the event the developer will allow you to split up the 24% payment as follows: (1st) Booking fee of $5,000 USD which will be credited towards your down payment (2) 10% (less your booking fee credit) is due within 7 days of the booking date (3) 14% remaining balance is due within 30 days of the booking fee. This breakdown of fees and due dates will be given to you upon booking.
You will wire your payments to a government monitored escrow account or use a payment link to make your 1% payments on a monthly basis. Your monthly installments will begin 60 days after your booking date.
You DO NOT have to pay interest on the payments while making monthly payments on your payment plan. The developer does not charge interest on the payment plan.
There are $0 in annual property taxes in Dubai.
You will be responsible for annual service charges of around $4-6 per square foot. This amount is paid annually.
There are no HOA’s in the project. Once the property is completed, you can use the property for short-term, long-term rentals, corporate housing, holiday homes, and more. There are no restrictions.
When you decide on a unit we can provide you with the estimated ROI’s for the unit based on floor plan, sq footage, beds/baths, etc.
Yes, you can purchase the property with multiple individuals whether they are your spouse or a non-related party. However, keep in mind that if you would like to obtain mortgage financing once your property is completed you will only be able to obtain mortgage financing with first of kin. Non-related parties cannot obtain mortgage financing together but they can buy in cash using the payment plan.
This is an off-plan/pre-construction project. Meaning, this project is not yet built and will be completed in the year 2026 or 2027 depending on the project you select. This is the most popular way that foreign investors purchase property in Dubai to take advantage of significant cost savings.
We will be presenting two projects at the event. Once project will be completed by the year 2026 and the other by the year 2027.
No, furniture is not included in your purchase; however, you will be offered furniture packages at a separate cost closer to your handover date.
